By registering with our book distribution platform, bookstores agree to maintain accurate inventory records and process payments within 30 days of receiving book shipments. Shops are entitled to a standard 40% wholesale discount on all titles and may return up to 15% of purchased inventory within 90 days of original purchase, provided books are in resalable condition with undamaged covers and spines. We reserve the right to modify pricing, suspend accounts for repeated late payments, and require a minimum quarterly order volume of $500 to maintain active distributor status. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination, with free shipping offered for orders exceeding $1,000.
For Authors:
Authors who choose to distribute through our platform grant non-exclusive rights to market and sell their works to registered bookstores nationwide. We charge a 15% commission on each book sold, with royalties paid quarterly via direct bank transfer or check. Authors retain full copyright of their work and may terminate distribution agreements with 30 days' written notice. All submitted manuscripts undergo a basic review process to ensure professional formatting and content quality. We do not guarantee placement in bookstores but provide comprehensive digital marketing support and sales tracking tools. Authors are responsible for providing high-resolution cover images, accurate book descriptions, and maintaining current contact information in our system.
